Finishing with a ’10-spot ton’ – our oldest member shows us how it’s done.

Tony Edwards has recently celebrated 70 years as a small-bore shooter, and has celebrated in style with a perfect score in round 10 of the NSRA National Short Range League. A ‘ten spot ton’ is quite an acheivement for any shooter, and even more impressive as this one is from our oldest member. It just goes to prove once again that age is no barrier to competing in prone rifle shooting.

Many congratulations Tony! it is a fine acheivement and one that you are justifiably proud of.

A ’10-spot ton’ from our oldest club member

The card was shot in February 2020, just before the first lock-down disrupted the sport so severely. Tony was shooting for the New Milton RC, just before it closed down.
