Taking the opportunity of the fair weather and the lack of shooting, the range floor has been renovated. The old carpets and rugs were cleared out and disposed of before lockdown began, and some repairs were made.
Mid May, as the lockdown restrictions were eased a little, a morning was spent giving the floor a thorough, socially distanced, vacuum cleaning to prepare the surface for painting.
At the end of May, the first coat of primer was applied, and in early June the topcoat was applied to give us a clean and shiny range floor.
